Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), has entered into a Technology Collaboration Agreement with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI), Japan. The aim is to collaborate and manufacture stainless steel coaches and bogies for metros. The company aims to expand its footprint in the Urban Transportation Sector.
