Gandhinagar railway station redevelopment project is flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi who laid the foundation recently. The project comprises the construction of a new 300-room hotel, 65 meter high on the station premises, besides being hi-tech and passenger friendly. The first phase of the project is estimated to cost Rs 130 crore.
