Government of Tamil Nadu has proposed to implement Smart City project for the city of Chennai through the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - Chennai Smart City Ltd. On behalf of the SPV, Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (TUFIDCO) has invited bids for the Appointment of Programme Management Consultant to implement Smart City Project in Chennai.
