The consortium of Voluptas Developers (Hiranandani Group) and Zurich Airport got a green signal from the Union ministry of home affairs (MHA) to go ahead and participate in Navi Mumbai Airport project. The project is likely to face further delay with the entry of the fourth player. Cidco had already issued the RFP document to the existing three players and now have to issue RFP documents to the Voluptas Developers (Hiranandani Group) and Zurich Airport consortium. The bid submission deadline would be extended in this regard as more time would be required by the fourth player.
