NBCC Ltd and Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) have signed an MOU on July 22, 2015, for Redevelopment of IIPA Campus in Delhi. The cost of the project is Rs.435 Crore. Apart from this NBCC has already executed Redevelopment Work of New Moti Bagh GPRA Complex, New Delhi and another project namely East Kidwai Nagar Redevelopment, New Delhi, worth Rs 5000 crore is also under implementation.
