Mumbai-based real estate major Hiranandani Group has announced its foray into technology-led consumer services with its new venture ‘Tez Platforms’, which is set to launch this year, at an initial outlay of about Rs 1,000 crore.

Realty major Hiranandani Group and US-based private equity firm Blackstone Group’s joint venture, GreenBase, is planning to invest over 3,000 crore to develop industrial, logistics and warehousing parks across key cities in India.

The goup is investing Rs. 700 crore to develop a 2 million sq ft office building, the Centaurus tower, at Thane near Mumbai as part of its plan to expand its commercial real estate portfolio. The construction is ongoing and will be completed by December 2022.

Hiranandani Group launches boutique home project named 'Regent Hill'. The project offers 500 units of semi-furnished 1-BHK homes as part of its phase I, followed by another 500 units under phase II.

Plans to develop a 3.27 million sqft IT park on a 20-acre site within Hiranandani Parks, a 350-acre integrated township under development on Oragadam-Singaperumalkoil Road.
