PRA Realty is coming up with a mixed-use project in Pune. Adani Capital, the NBFC arm of the Adani Group, has agreed to invest Rs 50 crore towards the development of the PRA Realty's project in Shivaji Nagar locality of Pune. PRA Realty currently has nearly 5 million sq ft under development and has so far delivered over 1 million sq ft.
