Adani Transmission has raised $700 million to finance its under-construction power transmission asset portfolio. According to the company, this deal fully finances the under-construction transmission projects in four SPVs in Gujarat and Maharashtra to establish green corridor and strengthen the overall grid.

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has said that 11 industrial corridors are being developed in the country, comprising 30 projects that would come up in four phases by 2024-25.
