The road sector in India seems to be on the revival path buzzing with lots of activity at the policy level and on the ground. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recently launched ‘’SETU BHARATAM’ PROGRAMME – an initiative to make National Highways free of railway level crossings by 2019
