Government of Jammu and Kashmir has submitted a Rs 3600 crore Smart City Project for Srinagar. As per this proposal around 101 projects of city development

1856-MW Sawalkote Hydel Power Project is coming up on the bank of Chenab River in Tinger Panchayat spread over 1400 hectare of land. The total height of the dam is expected to be 192 meter from the river bed.

Bagged an order from IRCON International Ltd for the construction of 473.25m Cable Stayed Bridge including its approaches across river Anji Khad in Jammu & Kashmir. The bridge will connect Tunnel T2 and T3 on Katra - Banihal Section of Udhampur - Srinagar

SP Singla construction.is assigned the work to construct a 174 meter long steel bridge to connect both banks of river Chenab, main road and realignment of some approach roads.

HCC Ltd is implementing the project to construct of a 1500 m long double lane tunnel as an access road to 1856 MW Sawalkote Hydroelectric Power Project in Jammu & Kashmir. The work has started two months back and completion is targeted in 30 months.

Plans to assign the construction of 100 bedded girls hostel at Drangbal H.M Guree. The work is likely to start in a month. The completion is targeted by July 2017.
