The development agency has commissioned 83 KW rooftop Solar Power Plant on the rooftop of buildings in Raj Bhavan, Jammu. The plant is likely to generate 1,24,000 units per year.

The corporation is constructing 193 meter long bridge over river Jhelum at Shalteng area of Srinagar. the bridge would connect Goripora and Palapora area on the outskirts of the city with Srinagar-Baramulla highway. The project is in delay mode for the last 8 years. The work on 45 meters are pending.

The company is executing IRCON contract involving the construction of Cable Stayed Bridge including its approaches across river Anji Khad. This bridge is between Tunnel T2 and T3 on Katra – Banihal Section of Udhampur – Srinagar – Baramulla Rail Link Project in Jammu & Kashmir.
