Kishanganga Hydro Electric Project, located in Bandipora District is a run of river scheme. The project with 330 MW capacity has commenced operations. All units of the project have been sychronised on 30.03.2018.The annual generation of the main project is 1712.96 MU.

The agency is implementing work on Jehangir Chowk-Rambagh limb of the prestigious Srinagar flyover under the ongoing Asian Development Bank funded JKUSDIP (Jammu and Kashmir Urban Sector Development Investment Programme). So far, 80 per cent of the work is completed. J&K CM has recently opened the first phase of Jehangir Chowk-Rambagh Expressway Corridor from Amar Singh College to Barzalla bridge. The Natipora limb of the project is likely to open within two months. The four lane flyover covering more than one-and-a-half kilometre would be made functional by the year-end.

Pakal Dul Power Project with 1000 MW capacity is coming up at village Pakal in Kishtwar District of Jammu & Kashmir. It will be the largest Hydro Power Project in J&K on completion. The Pakal Dul HEP shall generate 3330.18 MU of energy in a 90% dependable year and all clearances have been obtained for the Project. The work has started.
