The state is planning to construct the Sabarimala greenfield airport in Kottayam district. The airport will be about 48 km from the Sabarimala temple. The Kerala government had given in-principle approval for the construction of the airport in 2017. Land acquisition is in progress.

The company is given the mandate to construct the Mini Stadium Complex at Aymanam spread over 1.018 acres. The project will be executed under the technical supervision of the Engineering Department of Sports and Youth Affairs.
