Plans for municipal solid waste conversion into energy in Bhopal city through public private partnership (PPP) on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis. The request for proposal are invited recently for appointment of technical consultant for the project. The estimated project cost for the project is around Rs 350 crore.

Plans to develop a state-of-the-art International Convention Centre with 6000 seating capacity in Bengaluru. Around 35 acre of land has been earmarked for this project in the vicinity of the Bengaluru Airport. The project also includes development of allied facilities including 3/4/5 Star Hotels/ service apartments, etc. on PPP mode.
