Uttar Pradesh has got detailed project reports (DPRs) for two proposed metro corridors – Vaishali to Mohan Nagar and Noida Electronic City to Sahibabad.

Uttar Pradesh State Bridge Corporation Ltd is in advanced stage of completing the construction of Vasundhara flyover.

GDA has released Rs 20 lakh to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for preparing a revised detailed project report (DPR) for extending the Noida Electronic City-Sahibabad metro route to Mohan Nagar under the phase 3 project.

GDA has plans to build 13,500 houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) by next year.

GDA has sought permission from Railways for constructing a portion of elevated road that is to pass from over Vasundhara rail line. The said section is part of the 10.3 km UP Gate-Rajnagar Extension elevated road which is in delay mode.

Ghaziabad development authority (GDA) is undertaking the construction of the 10.3 km Hindon elevated road at a cost of Rs 1,147.6 crore. The road is likely to connect Raj Nagar Extension to UP Gate (near Delhi-Ghaziabad border).

Vasundhara railway underpass project comprises a two-lane road link under the Delhi-Ghaziabad railway section. The work is progressing well and likely to complete in August, 2017.

Multi-level parking is constructed by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) adjacent to Vaishali Metro station. The parking lot can accommodate 440 cars on six floors. Electronic sensors are used to identify the vacant spots. The cost of this project is Rs 32 crore.

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is coming up with a Sports complex park at Indirapuram costing Rs 8 crore. The project is spread over 22 acre over space located between NH-24 and Indirapuram housing scheme. The project comprises facilities for lawn tennis, Cricket, open gym, skating, garden huts, lake and greenery all around.
