Secretary (Coal) Anil Kumar Jain reviewed the progress of a coal-based supercritical thermal power plant, Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power Ltd (NUPPL), coming up at an estimated cost of Rs. 17,000 crore in Kanpur Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh.
