How was the decade long journey of Tulip Infratech? What's your most important contribution to the real-estate development in the country?
Tulip Infratech has experienced an impeccable dream come true journey in the last over a decade since its inception in the year 2005 where Tulip has successfully delivered the commercial and so many Group housing projects year after year where the end-users are cherishing their living. Timely and successful delivery of the projects coupled with supporting infrastructure and creating a pollution free green environment for healthy living has been the most important contribution of ours to the real-estate development in the country.
How is the demand shaping up in the real-estate segment? What are the latest real-estate trends?
The latest trend in vogue is that the demand is shaping up quite well for Affordable Housing which is proving to be beneficial for all stakeholders and for the real-estate development in the country. The demand for Affordable housing is increasing because as the name suggests it is affordable and within the reach of masses. It is also in consonance with the Prime Minister’s mission of ‘Housing for all by 2022.’
Could you share with us insights about your prestigious projects and core competencies in project execution?
All our projects are considered prestigious Tulip projects in the market as Tulip as a brand has become a major force to reckon with, in such a short span of time of only over a decade. The latest in this trend is Tulip Violet Group Housing project which is IGBC pre-certified Green building, and Tulip Lemon which is Affordable housing project using the latest Mivan construction technology.
Everything from starting which goes into the making, successful timely delivery of the project to its clients is our core competency. Best quality in all aspects, creating pollution free green environment and successful timely delivery of the projects are our core competencies.
What kind of opportunities do you see in the Infrastructure sector? How do you plan to harness these opportunities?
There is a plethora of opportunities in the Infrastructure sector in terms of highways, road network, and flyovers, connectivity between places and development of related and supporting infrastructure in all aspects for the growth and development of the country. Tulip is moving forward in this direction of Infrastructure development and has jointly ventured with China Construction (CCTEB) which is a world renowned company in infrastructure development worldwide and based in China.
What's the rationale behind your tie-up with China Construction?
The international expertise of China construction shall be utilized for the growth and development of infrastructure projects here. Tie-up with China Construction will also place Tulip which is already one of the leading brand names nationally on the global map.
Which are the geographies and verticals you are targeting for growth and why?
The geographies and verticals we are targeting are majorly Highways, Road networks, flyovers, related and supporting infrastructure. In fact, it is inclusive of all aspects of infrastructure development and Real-estate development which are overlapping.
