Coal India to invest Rs 15000 crore in the current fiscal

Coal India Ltd is going ahead with capex of Rs 8500/- crore in the current financial year. The coal major also plans to invest another Rs 6500 crore for supercritical thermal power plant, solar energy, coal gasification, coal bed methane (CBM) and revival of fertiliser manufacturing plants. The overall capex stood at Rs 7,700 crore during 2016-17 as against Rs 6,123 crore in the previous year....
